Scope
These draft terms apply to digital strategy, AI automation, bot planning, app development, web development, SEO, SEA, ecommerce, creative production, and consulting services offered by FOXX AI LLC unless a written agreement states otherwise.
Offers and project start
Proposals are non-binding until accepted in writing. Project scope, milestones, fees, payment schedule, required client materials, and delivery assumptions should be confirmed before work begins.
Client cooperation
Clients are expected to provide accurate information, timely feedback, access credentials, brand materials, legal approvals, and content approvals required for delivery.
AI and third-party services
AI outputs, search rankings, ad performance, marketplace visibility, and platform behavior depend on third-party systems and cannot be guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.
Rights and usage
Usage rights for final deliverables transfer according to the accepted proposal and payment status. Pre-existing tools, frameworks, concepts, and reusable know-how remain with FOXX AI unless otherwise agreed.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability is limited to foreseeable direct damages and excludes indirect losses, lost profits, platform outages, and third-party decisions.
